STEP 1
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add the Hello Halal! - Tex-Mex chicken strips and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
STEP 2
Place the wrap on a flat surface and divide the lettuce evenly over the wrap.
Add the avocado slices and a little lime juice for extra flavor.
STEP 3
Once the chicken strips are done, place them on the wrap.
STEP 4
Sprinkle the Hello Halal! - Spicy Sweet Chilli ZERO sauce over the chicken strips.
STEP 5
Roll the wrap tightly and cut it in half.

Ingredients:
1 bag Hello Halal! - Thai chicken strips
200ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon red curry paste
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1/2 bell pepper, in strips
2 tablespoons Hello Halal! - Teriyaki Zero sauce
1 portion of rice, cooked

STEP 1
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and fry the Hello Halal! - Tex-Mex chicken strips for 5-7 minutes.
STEP 2
Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package and set aside.
STEP 3
Place the quinoa in a bowl as a base.
Add the chicken strips, avocado slices and sliced red onion.
STEP 4
Sprinkle the Hello Halal! - Spicy Sweet Chilli ZERO sauce over the chicken strips and quinoa.
