How do we deliver?

Your Hello Halal! package will be shipped at -18°C in insulated box and cooling material. Our partner in Belgium for transport is our own transport company Lak Trans . (Soon we will also deliver in the Netherlands in cooperation with Trunkrs)

Lak Trans 's continuous monitoring of the cold chain ( -18°C ) from collection to delivery to your home ensures that the quality and safety of our Hello Halal! products are always guaranteed.

If you would rather not have it delivered to your neighbors, you can also indicate this via the track and trace link. The package goes back into the freezer at the carrier. A second attempt is made the next day.
